The Space:
The apartment Is 67 SQM. The living room is spacious with a cozy seating area with a sofa and dining place for 4 persons. The living room is spacious with a smart tv and can easily fit an air mattress if you plan to stay 4 persons in the apartment. The air mattress is 180 cm wide and perfectly suited for two grown-up persons. Adjacent to the living room is the beautiful kitchen which has an oven, hob (gas stovetop), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, good storage and all essentials for guests to prepare meals during their stay. There is a smart tv in the apartment.
The bedroom is cozy and elegantly furnished with a queen-size bed (160cm) and good closet space.
The bathroom is modern, white tiled and has a shower and a sink. The toilet is separated from the shower room and situated adjacent to the hallway.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located and 150m away from the metro Kristineberg and buses. The flat is close to a spacious green park called Fredhällsparken where you can find lovely walking paths close to the seaside. Just down the road, you can find a mini-golf court that is called ”Golfbaren Kristineberg”. There you can play minigolf, grab a beer or a pizza. You have the grocery store just around the corner 100 m away.
With the metro you can easily access neighborhoods like Gamla Stan, Norrmalm, and Östermalm which is only 15 minutes away.
If you enjoy playing football there is a football complex nearby called ”Kristinebergs IP” and a playground for younger children nearby called Uggleparken.
Getting Around:
All airports have connections to the City Central station (train or buses). The Central station is only 12 minutes away (green line) and it connects all train lines. The metro station "Kristineberg" (green line) is 150m away.
Stockholm is a beautiful city that can also be experienced by boat so a recommendation (especially during summer) is to go or take the metro to Old Town or Nybroviken and take a boat trip.
Other Things to Note:
I would like to remind you that it is important that the following rules of order are followed during your stay. It is forbidden to smoke not only in the apartment but also in the entirety of the apartment complex, including outside and in the staircase and balconies. It is also important to keep in mind that peace and quiet should be kept between 10pm to 07am everyday of the week to avoid disturbing the neighbours close-by. The apartment has a disturbance detector that reports any smell of smoke and disturbing noise for everyone's safety and well-being, as it is important to show respect for the residents of the property. It is also crucial that no shoes are used inside the apartment. No pets are allowed to enter the apartment either. Moreover, strictly no guests except for confirmed guests can stay in the apartment. If any extra guests are seen entering the building or apartment, we will have to cancel the booking without a refund, as it is strictly against our house rules.
