There are also two fresh, tiled bathrooms, a double garage and a laundry room.
The plot and the large terrace invites for barbecue evenings and wonderful moments in the summer sun on Norrlands Riviera.
The private beach is perfect for wonderful sun and swimming days and cozy evening baths. Here you take the jet ski on a trip or the boat for a day trip out into the Piteå archipelago.
The Ostigården area is a lush, green and beautiful idyll in Norrbotten's fantastic archipelago. Just a couple of kilometers away is Pite Havsbad, with adventure pool, fine sandy beach, stores, restaurants that offer good food and entertaining shows.

This is a summer cottage area. There are about 10 houses that are year-round houses, other houses are summer houses.
Getting Around:
Traveling by car from Luleå Airport or Skellefteå airport is just 45-50 minutes. Downtown Piteå with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping is just 15 minutes by car.
