The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

PARKING
- The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
- There’s a 2 hr free street parking and also a paid longer stay car park at the end of the street on Eastlake Parade .
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Works will be carried out progressively across the complex and may result in some noise, contractor activity, or temporary disruption around the building during this period. We appreciate your understanding while these essential maintenance works are completed.

Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
