The house is located about 700 meters away from the Baltic Sea, on an island. Parking next to the house are given. Paths for hikers, MTBs, snowmobiles (rental in Örnsköldsvik) can be found in the nearby forest. A restaurant at the ferry port 1 km away invites you to stroll. The supermarket is about 1.5 km away. In the immediate vicinity are sports marinas, an experienced boat service, an illuminated cross-country ski trail, ski slopes and an ice rink (Bjästa).
