Summary: Quite deceptive from the outside. The reception and restaurant also have a good look and feel but the rooms are unfortunately quite bad. Linens need to be changed desperately. The sofas and carpets are stained. The flooring is also stained quite badly in most parts of the room. We had to request for our room to be changed and thought the second one would be better but it was more or less the same and given we were only there for the night, didn't bother with anything else. The housekeeping also wasn't done in the morning despite reminding the reception. The good thing about the property is they have a charging station so you are travelling in an EV, you are quite sorted and the food is good, both buffet and a la carte. The staff are sweet but lack experience. Good potential if they get it right but right now, they have a fair bit to do to improve overall customer experience.
