The property, a former farm, is about 7km from Loftahammar in the Västerviks municipality right in the Baltic Sea skerries. The 10-hectare site and the additional 40 hectares of forest and are about 1.5km from the skerry coast and the Horsö Brygga boat harbour. It is on the north-east coast of Småland near Västervik and Loftahammar, a paradise for fishing enthusiasts.
The 10,000m² meadow site on the edge of the forest also has the owner’s villa and a little holiday house. It has its own terrace, which cannot be looked into directly by the owner’s villa and the neighbouring house, with garden furniture and a grill, for sitting and relaxing with a wonderful view of the forest and meadow. You can park on site by the house.
The rustic house with modern furnishing can accommodate seven people and is ideal for families with children. The spacious living and dining room has a sofa suite with armchairs, satellite TV including German channels and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. It also has another dining table with chairs. There is also a laundry room. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and a four-bed room (two single beds and a bunk bed) divided by a partition. Therefore a total of seven people can be accommodated.
The private bay by Horsö Brygga has a new and private mooring for the use of all guests. The property has its own ca. 1.5km stretch of coast and fishing rights. It is about an 800-metre walk along a path to the boat harbour, or along a country road. Fishing is permitted from the coast by boat without a fishing permit. Fishing or leisure boats can be hired from the owners for trips into the skerries. The forest if full of mushrooms and berries in season.
