Welcome to a large and spacious villa, 15 minutes by car from Liseberg and within walking distance to both shopping center, shops, swimming area, farms and beautiful nature. The house is located in a nice residential area in Kållered with lovely lawn and several patios on the floor with both sun loungers and a cozy glazed conservatory with lounge furniture. Here you can enjoy regardless of the weather and privacy morning or evening. The terrace is on the floor and steps lead up to the different levels. In the first part there is a solid gas grill and a round castle with chairs for either breakfast or dinner. The entrance is at the front of the house and here too there is outdoor furniture if you want to enjoy your morning coffee for yourself. Large and spacious hall where on the right you have a bedroom with a single bed -120cm and on the left there is a master bedroom with a double bed -180cm and a single bed -90cm. Private bathroom with large shower for two and separate toilet is next to the larger bedroom. If you are two families, you can easily have your own bathroom. Downstairs there is also a gym for those who want to work out. The guardian is responsible for keeping the children under supervision in this room. Upstairs you come to the living room which has two lovely sofas and two recliners with footstools. There is a TV and large windows with awning. Directly opposite the living room is an open kitchen, complete with everything you need and there is also a coffee machine, wine cooler and good work surfaces for cooking. Adjacent is a narrower balcony which also has an awning. To the right of the stairs is a dining area with round table and chairs. Here is the balcony door for access to the huge terrace on the floor that you read about in the beginning. Upstairs is another bedroom that has two single beds, one that is 80cm and the other 90cm. There is also another bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The accommodation includes bed linen for all beds. The owners have a dog, so if you are allergic, you should not book this accommodation. The area is located high with scenic surroundings. Lovely secluded garden that is fenced towards the road with a lower fence and gate as the local road goes outside. However, it is a smaller street so no major traffic. The plot is hilly and has both a natural plot with trees and a lawn for play. There is both boules and kubb for a match in the evening. In the immediate area there is everything from Coop, Ikea, Willys, Jula, Rusta, McDonald’s and Systembolaget. Torrekulla Golf Course is only a couple of km from the cottage and to the bus to get to the shuttle and get to Gothenburg it is only 250 meters. If you want to explore Gothenburg, walk on Liseberg or Avenyn, walk in the woods or just take a leisurely walk around the neighborhood, this is the perfect house for the holidays.
