Here you live next door to nature, the sparkling waters of the Dellensjö lakes and a landscape that invites you to quality of life all year round. The plot is a delight for both big and small – with a generous lawn perfect for playing, running and relaxing in the sun. At the back of the house, an inviting terrace awaits where you can start the day with a cup of coffee in the morning sun and end the evening with a barbecue dinner – the grill is easily combined for both charcoal and gas. An additional terrace at the front provides even more opportunities to enjoy outdoor life. The house is on one level and offers two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160 cm wide double bed, and a room with a bunk bed – 90 cm at the top and 120 cm at the bottom. The living room is bright and cozy, with a sofa bed (140 cm) and TV for lazy evenings. The kitchen has an open plan layout adjacent to the dining area and is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. The bathroom is fresh with a shower and toilet. And then – the Dellensjöarna. Two interconnected lakes, formed by an ancient meteorite impact, which today offer crystal clear water and magical nature. Here you can swim at child-friendly beaches, paddle at sunset, fish for perch or pike-perch, and hike along trails with wonderful views of the forest and water. The summer cultural offering in the area is rich – with crafts, farm shops, Hälsinge farms and world-class local food. Welcome!
