Lovely holiday house in Backaryd, 70m from nice swimming at the private swimming area that belongs to the house. Here you live close to the lake with the forest as a neighbor and at the same time you are close to the coast with only 15 km to Ronneby and 40 km to Karlskrona. You have a large garden with a wonderful covered veranda with lovely lounge furniture and a lake view. You also have a larger patio deck in connection where there are sun loungers, dining furniture and a barbecue. In the fresh, cozy house there is a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa and TV with Chromecast in front of the stove. The stove gives lovely heat and has a high coziness factor, but should be handled carefully and only by experienced users, follow instructions carefully. In the kitchen there is a dining area and most of what you might need. You have two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with a 140 cm wide bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom is newly renovated and fresh with toilet, sink and shower. You have a rowing boat to explore the lake or take a fishing trip with. The boat is located down by the nice swimming area with jetty. Life jackets are available. The house and its surroundings invite you to wonderful nature experiences in all seasons, perhaps grilling sausages by the beach on a sunny winter's day and if the ice is thick, a walk or fishing trip on it. At the back of the house there is a trampoline for the children. In Ronneby and Karlskrona there is a wide range of culture, nice bathing spots, restaurants and shopping. From here you can also take boat trips out into the archipelago among cobs and skerries. The house is located 50m from a busy road. Firewood is included in limited quantities. Pets are not welcome.
