A nice cottage on the owner's plot right on the outskirts of the small community Slöinge. The cottage is located high with a lovely view of the open landscape. In summer you have access to the owner's heated outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen with barbecue area. Appointments are booked directly with the owner. A perfect accommodation for the small family or a couple. The cottage has an entrance from the covered terrace. The living room with open kitchenette also has a sofa bed. There is a TV with basic offerings, chromecast and free wifi. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom is fully tiled with shower. From the covered terrace you enjoy both breakfast and wonderful evenings with a fantastic view of the open agricultural landscape. At the owner's house there is an outdoor pool that you can book directly with the owner on site during the summer months. The owner also lets you enjoy their herb and vegetable land. In the nearby town of Slöinge there is a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with serving and a temple with outdoor seating. Within walking distance of your holiday home there is a farm shop with meat delicacies etc. If you want to go to the sea, Ugglarp's lovely beach is the closest. A short drive takes you to Falkenberg's cozy summer town. Here are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops. The large sandy beach at Skrea, is quickly filled with bathers in the summer. There are several golf courses nearby. The closest is Falkenberg's nice golf club. For those who are interested in fishing, there is the opportunity both in Suseån, in Ätran and in the sea. Fishing license required in Ätran and Suseån.
