Pet-friendly venue for well behaved, social, small to big dogs, please arrange with owners before bringing pets, all guests bringing pets must first clear which pets are being brought, with the establishment before arrival, there are restrictions on certain dog breeds that need to be vetoed, we love dogs !!, however there are a few rules you need to adhere to as guests!, please! no dogs on the beds! or on furniture in cottages, please use your throws to cover the bed edges and settees for muddy/dirty paws jumping up, we have red clay soil which makes a mess of linen, no chewing the furniture!, all dogs must be on a lead on arrival and also going for walks, until they are used to other dogs and our tame goats, dogs may be off lead in your own cottage garden and if they are social and friendly outside only if their owners are walking with them, to manage them chasing other guest dogs, our animals.payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, dear visitor, we're currently experiencing drought conditions within this region. please be aware that certain properties will need to comply with local water usage restrictions.
