Positive: The ambience, view, cozy room, clean bathroom

Negative: Communication is very poor, staff behaviour was very bad, non cooperative,. Actually they were demanding half of the bill in advance, I paid it, when I reached there they were not accepting that we have booked alraedy . Actually provided a servants room or go down type room After many more conversations provided a better room। After that never attended us The reception center is always non attended Very 😞 bad experience
