Positive: Location is great - right on the beach.

Negative: I did not appreciate the fact that I booked on the app and it clearly stated the cost per night, very reasonable and an admin cost that is almost equal to one night stay. As you pay it states includes tax and charges. It does not state there are additional charges, ie an additional refundable deposit of a R 1000. When I queried with the agency, I was advised I should have read all the conditions. I personally believe that the additional charge should have been included in the initial cost, it creates greater transparency. This type of situation has never occurred with other bookings and I will personally never ever book with this agency in future. Incidentally this very agency also advises: the refund will be processed up to 14 working days to the first week of the following month! It takes 3 weeks to give you your money back if you qualify?
