3 Bedroom House in Holderness
Newly built home with wifi, lots of privacy, bright with lots of windows, a great new deck with built in fire pit, bedrooms with built in bunk beds in each room in addition to queen beds, and a nice open floor plan. Wood stove inside and built in fire pit on the deck where we have spent many nights roasting marshmallows w friends and family! The house is less than a 5 minute walk to a private beach on little Squam for members of the association. Fully furnished and includes sheets/towels/kitchenware/BBQ/laundry!. This is a beautiful association. House is surrounded by trees with lots of privacy. My father in law was the contractor and built the home 5 years ago. The beach area is sandy and has a large field to sit and for kids to play. There is also a basketball net in front of the water and horse shoes. The water is crystal clear and calm. You can rent a boat at one of the marina's within a 10 minute drive. 2 Kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use! This house rental is intended is for 4 adults and their kids.
