Summary: Property is new and still under construction. Free breakfast was Good and hygiene. Train restaurant is excellent and kids will have fun. Food quality also good and tasty: Only concern is with rooms ( royal cotages). There are so many mosquitoes around so recommended to carry Odomos. Property is in Gangavati which is 20 kms away from Hampi . So own vehicle is must. Overall we had a very good time with family here and recommend to others as well.
