One of very few true ski-in/ski-out properties located on the slopes of the ski hill, this Granite Ridge Lodge offers 4500 square feet of exclusive ski-in and ski-out luxury bordering the Teewinot Trail at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Featuring post and beam architecture throughout with white oak floors in the main living space and upscale furnishings, you will find this spacious home perfectly reflects the western nature of the location. In the warmer months, you'll appreciate the central air conditioning throughout the house and many outdoor decks. This multi-level property, with a two-car garage, features direct access to the Teewinot hiking and ski trails. The outdoor hot tub is located on the slopes, providing an incredible and one-of-a-kind backdrop for a soak. Wall mounted boot and glove dryers are located in the garage to ensure all guests are ready to go each morning. When entering the property through the garage, guests will access the ground level of the property. This level features a large mud room, with storage closets to hold of our guests' necessary gear and supplies. A foosball table is located within this area, providing a venue for guests to relax after a long day outside. Guests can also exit the property to the exterior hot tub and ground level patio areas. These areas exit to the slopes of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The ground level also includes a Junior Master Suite with King bedding and large flat screen TV. Guests have access to an exterior patio and a large ensuite bath, including heated floors, an oversized bathtub with a walk-in shower, and large double vanity. Adjacent to the garage door, guests have access to the large laundry room featuring a large washer and dryer. As guests enter through the front door, a short walk up about 8 steps will lead to the main living space for the home. The mid-level of this property includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as an additional bedroom. The living room features an amazing stone-built wood-burning fireplace with custom furnishings, a wet bar and a wine cooler. A large flat screen TV is also nestled in this space to provide necessary entertainment after a long day outside. Dramatic mountain views can be enjoyed from the floor to ceiling windows, as well as from the many patios and decks throughout the house. The open floor plan includes a large dining space that comfortably seats 14, and a large breakfast bar that accommodates an additional 4 people. The over-sized kitchen has it all! The chef in your group will appreciate the Thermodor® 6-burner gas range, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry with a large island and a second sink, a combination microwave/oven, and an oversize Sub Zero® refrigerator. The kitchen also has a walk-in pantry. The powder room is conveniently located adjacent to the living room. You'll also find the second bedroom with a King Bed and a Chaise style Day bed. There is an additional bathroom with shower/tub combination adjacent to the bedroom on this level. The upper level of this property opens to a large sitting area with sectional seating and a large flat screen TV. In this cozy den, one of the sectionals can be converted to a queen sleeper sofa. There is one full bath, with a tub/shower combination located on this level outside of the master bedroom. One of the highlights of this property has to be the beautiful Master Suite. This master suite comes equipped with a King Bed and Daybed, featuring a beamed cathedral ceiling with a gas burning fireplace. Guests can step out onto the private deck and enjoy the mountain views, as this patio is adjacent to the slopes. The spacious ensuite master bath also contains a double sink vanity, oversize bathtub with a walk-in shower, separate coffee station and heated floors! On the courtyard side of this floor you'll find a second King Bedroom that enjoys a small deck facing the inner courtyard of the Granite Ridge Lodges. An additional sleeping area, the Bunk Room, is accessible through this King bedroom.
