Positive: The host was very responsive and helpful. He moved swiftly to respond to our queries, even when we had an issue with the water (burst tap), he responded immediately to resolve the issue.

Negative: Difficult to get VAT invoice in time.There is a confusion between whether the invoice comes from Bookings.com and the Property.

Summary: The stay was exceptional. Charl was the highlight of the stay. He went out of his way for us.
