Positive: Walkable distance from temple.very nice

Negative: Hot water provision should be there round the clock or geiser should be internal to every flat. not Central. we coulkd not get hot water at 4 AM as we thought of going to early morning aarthi which we could not attend as they did not provide hot water at that time . we could get hot water only after 5 am after calling n number of times.

Summary: Very near to temple, good but only thing like around 4.00am we couldn't get hot water.we got at 5am
