The house is situated close to the ocean on Orust, a beautifully green island in west Sweden.
Newly built (2016) holiday house with a private sunny terrace, on the west coast of Orust island - surrounded by nature and close to the beach
Guest has private use of a big garden - here you have the possibility to see wild life such as deers, moose, fox and a lot of birds. There is garden furniture and two sun loungers are located on the large terrace.
The newly built vacation home offers a living space of about 60 sqm plus a 15 sqm loft. It can accommodate five persons. The loft has 3 beds. There is one bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower, wash basin and a toilet. The kitchen has a modern induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, cooffee machine, fridge / freezer and toaster.
The surroundings are suitable for running, hiking and sea sports like sailing, kayaking and diving. Grocery shop is 7 km away. A smaller grocery is on the campsite 1 km away. Golf course 10 km away and a smaller 3 par course 2 km away. Minigolf 1 km away.
