We’ve stocked the home with a large steam pot, propane burner, crab crackers, seafood buckets, and our favorite local blue crab recipe with easy-to-follow steaming instructions. Simply pick up fresh Maryland blue crabs from one of the area’s seafood markets, bring your own propane, seasonings, paper products, and beverages, and enjoy an authentic crab feast with family and friends.
Inside, the spacious kitchen is the heart of the home, perfect for preparing meals and gathering around the table. Challenge friends to billiards in the game room, enjoy movie nights together, relax in the bar area (furniture only, the bar is not stocked), or keep up your workout routine in the fitness space. High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces throughout the home make it easy for remote work or extended business stays.

Pool & Spa: The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is heated to 82 degrees. The spa is available year-round and is heated for each use; it takes about 45 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature. If you would like the pool warmer than 82 degrees, extra pool heating is available for a fee with advance notice. Early check-in and late checkout are not offered at this property, even for a fee.
Please note this is a country property surrounded by nature, which means you may encounter mosquitos, ants, bees, and the occasion mouse seeking refuge. The house is cleaned between guests, and we have routine monthly pest control visits.
