Negative: Received lock instructions way too late. We left Hermanus at 17:15 and still not received the stay information. I don't use my phone whilst driving, so did not see the message coming through. Person at the property where this room is was not friendly at all. Eventually got the key from the keybox. Room is an old garage converted into a room with a tiny bathroom. Is situated in the back of a house. Aircon was there - but you need to pay extra for that. Room was very hot and closed when we arrived around 18:30. No hot water as geyser was switched off. Two three legged chairs - the one is broken with the one tag already broken, the other is loose. To be honest - seems that if booking.com rating is not 9.7 or above, then don't expect anything. The house rules and what you will pay for when you break stuff (not sure what you can break as there is nothing to break) is all over and prominent! PS - please use a bit of Q20 on the gate. You will be surprised how easy it will open after just two squirts on the sliding wheels! Yah - not staying there again.
