Positive: This hotel is a simple guest house type accommodation. The rooms are simple, clean and basic. The location is EXCELLENT. Fort Kochi is a 25 minute walk, there are great restaurants to suit every budget and palette walking distance away, there is enough shopping to do or browse closely, the water ferry stations are walking distance too. The rooms need one extra table to be able to keep a suitcase if you don't want to unpack everything and put in the cupboard. Some of the lighting also needs to be changed from white to yellow. The bathrooms are small and basic but perfectly functional and the amenities like shaving kits and toiletries are all available. The rooftop terrace is also clean and peaceful and overall this was a good experience. Sausages, coffee, fruit and boiled eggs with toast for breakfast was good too. The owner Roy was there during my stay and he is an extremely pleasant and VERY helpful person. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.d
