With Woolworths only a few minutes away for all your groceries the location is perfect. The kitchen features kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, family size refrigerator and freezer, cooktop, oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine in the apartment perfect for a long stay.

Home Truths:
- Main bedroom has a Rennai portable air conditioning unit, the other bedroom and lounge area have portable bladeless cool fans / heaters. There are also fly screens throughout the entire property and being so close to the beach you may wish to open the place up to experience the sea breeze.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small apartment block approximately 6 flights of stairs, there is no lift in this small complex
- There are building works across the street, the bedrooms are at the back of the property away from the street.
- The washing machine is in the kitchen and we do supply 2 portable clothes airers, perfect to dry towels on the balcony with the sea breeze
- *Note there is no parking from 16th July for approximately 4 months due to external building works during the day. on weekdays. Parking is not shown as an amenity on this listing from 15th July.
