Summary: It was a terrible stay starting from the check-in. We booked 2 rooms but the hotel provided only 1 room. The AC was poorly functioning, the switch boards were unsafe, a lose electric wire was hanging off the headboard, bathroom tap was broken, there was no shampoo, no conditioner or soap for shower. The breakfast time was supposed to start from 8am but there was no staff available around until 8:30 am. A little boy was managing the helpdesk. He was nice but the overall hotel experience waa terrible. Last but not the least the mattress was too firm and springy to sleep.
