Welcome to this very well-planned house with plenty of space on a small surface for the large family or group of friends. There is room for 2 parked cars on the lot and nearby larger parking if needed. Inside the entrance, the kitchen is in an open plan together with the living room, which has a sofa bed and smart TV. Despite their size, the bedrooms have good storage facilities. The glassed-in balcony with a large sofa group invites you to spend pleasant moments together and has a view of the leafy, south-facing terrace. There is garden furniture on the wooden floor and in the adjoining stone-paved corner of the garden there are barbecue possibilities. The guest house on the grounds invites privacy and proximity to the bathroom, which has an entrance from the balcony. A path from the garden leads you through the cottage area down to the chalk-white sandy beach, the playground and the summer-open restaurant in Sandviken. With bicycles, 2 adults, one with a child's saddle, and 2 small children's models, which are available in the house, you can easily get around the area to discover the wonderful nature. A slightly longer trip takes you over the Ljungaviken pedestrian and bicycle bridge to the center of Sölvesborg, where you have a lively city center with shops, eateries, Sölvesborg Castle and a train station for e.g. direct trains to Copenhagen. Listerlandet offers many nice excursion destinations such as Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik. Everyone has an old tradition of fishing here. A boat trip over to beautiful Hanö is also recommended, to visit the lighthouse, among other things, which stands majestically on the island's highest point and can be seen far and wide.
