A fresh, pleasant holiday home in a lovely location in a smaller cabin area in northern Mellbystrand. Here you are within easy reach of the fine sandy beach and Hökarfältet's lovely exercise area and nature reserve. Two connected and heated annexes provide many possibilities for the family. From the entrance you enter the living room with dining table, sitting area and large modern TV. The room has folding doors that can be opened onto the terrace. One step up there is a large open bar kitchen with all the equipment and a sofa bed for two people and here there's also a large modern TV. The bedroom next door has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In the cabin there is free wifi and chromecast for both TVs. From the kitchen you come out to a private terrace at the back of the house. Here there are several private places to enjoy the summer barbecue evenings. In front of the cabin there is also a patio with comfortable lounge furniture. The two annexes at the back of the cabin are built together with separate entrances. In one there are two single beds. In the second, a double bed (140cm). Here, too, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. The yard is perfect for small family activities. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and Strandhotellet. Just to the south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and last but not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. The town has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are several wonderful hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.
