Smaller cottage in southern Orust with a location close to the sea and scenic surroundings, perfect for a family that wants to be close to both swimming and many attractions in the immediate area. The cottage is on a hill (smaller children should be supervised) with protective mountains behind and views over meadows and the road that continues to the charming Asker Islands. Plot with lawn for play and games. Several nice bathing spots in the immediate area, the closest being on Lilla Askerön, approx. 1.5 km. Here there is a small sandy beach jetty and rocks. If you are interested in fishing, the waters around the Asker Islands are known for, among other things, trout fishing. The cottage has a bright kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa and TV screen and chromecast (no subscription). Two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (160 cm) and the other a bunk bed with 90 cm wide beds. You reach the sleeping loft via a cupboard with stairs in the kitchen. Perfect for children or young people, as we think about themselves. There are two beds here, one 195 x 120 cm and the other 190 x 73 cm. Fully tiled bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine in the basement. Exit from the living room to the deck (roof) with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your holiday over good food and drink. Good location for excursions in the immediate area with many charming archipelago communities both on Tjörn and Orust. You only have a few kilometers to Lilla and Stora Askeröarna, in the fjord between Tjörn, Orust and Stenungsund. Both with beautiful nature and nice bathing spots. The nearest service centers are Varekil 4 km and Myggenäs 8 km. Fun City Gothenburg 55 km. There is a guest house on the property which is sometimes rented out to other tenants. About 30 m to the road with some traffic. Welcome to a cottage with a seaside location and scenic surroundings!
