Take the chance to vacation in a completely newly built villa in beautiful Norje village with 200 m to Pukavik Bay. The house, which is under furnishing but otherwise completely clear inside, will soon also have a lawn adjacent to a beautiful summer meadow. Directly inside the entrance you will find a bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Further into the house, which has large windows in the living room with an open floor plan and high ceilings, the corner kitchen has everything you could want for self-catering. From the living room there is access to the other 2 bedrooms, the larger of which also has a toilet and sink. From both the kitchen and the living room, you have the opportunity to go out to the back of the house to enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace. All rooms in the house will be furnished shortly with: Bedroom 1 Double bed Bedroom 2 and 3 with 1 bunk bed in each room. Sofa and TV with Cromecast in the living room. Wood will be available for burning in the wood stove. Deckchairs on the sun deck under the roof at the back. From here it is not far to either the beach with playground and the adjacent restaurant with sea view or the Swedenrock area, approx. 20 minutes' walk along the footpath and cycle path. By car you can easily discover all the fishing communities around Listerlandet such as Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik. A boat trip over to beautiful Hanö to stroll around in a magical environment and also visit the lighthouse at the island's highest point is recommended. Sölvesborg offers shopping, a visit to the castle or just enjoying an ice cream with a view of the 760 m long pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Sölvesborg Bay. In addition to beautiful surroundings to move around in Norway, it is also not far from excellent hiking trails found in the nature reserve Ryssberget, which is located on the border between Skåne and Blekinge.
